You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. An adult signature is required upon delivery for wine shipments. We recommend you use your business address to ensure that there is someone 21 years or older available to sign for your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Sales tax of 8.75% applies to all shipments of wine within California; outside of California, individual state taxes may apply. You agree to use a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
Our shipping & handling charges, subject to change, include ground shipping using a carrier of our choice. If you wish to have your order shipped to a local wine storage facility, desire overnight shipping, or if you are ordering more than one (1) case of (12) bottles, please contact us at 707.259.5313 for arrangements and cost.
We ship quickly upon receipt of payment. Orders paid by personal check may be held for 5 business days to allow for bank processing. When an email address is provided, we will send you confirmation once your order has shipped.
Rates and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any overages or shortages will be invoiced and/or refunded. Wine is subject to availability. Quantities are limited.
Shipping Regulations
Due to federal and state shipping regulations, we ship wine directly only to the states listed here. If you live in another state, please contact us for shipping options.
Please contact us for shipping amounts on orders larger than 12 bottles.
Order Cut-off Times
For all orders without a "Requested Ship Date" provided, the following order cut-off times will apply:
GROUND
Orders received before 12:00 pm Pacific Time will be processed and shipped on or by the next business day. Orders received after 12pm will be processed and shipped on or by the second business day.
OVERNIGHT, 2DAY and 3DAY
Orders received before 12:00 pm Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12pm will be processed and shipped the next business day.
3-TIER:
Orders received before 12:00 pm Pacific Time on Wednesday will ship on Thursday.
Transit Times
OVERNIGHT: Shipment arrives at destination 1 business day from ship date.
2DAY: Shipment arrives at destination 2 business days from shipping date.
3DAY: Shipment arrives at destination 2 - 3 business days from shipping date.
GROUND: Shipment arrives at destination 4 - 7 business days from shipping date.
