Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 48 hours of being received. Unless specified, all shipments are sent  via 2 to 3 days on Monday and Tuesdays,  unless specified by customer.  We are not responsible for flawed product caused by the shipping company. Please refer to our Return Policy. There are certain states that we cannot ship to.  Some states that we can ship to have volume limits or other restrictions.  If for some reason an order that you place is not compliant with the shipping laws of your state, we will contact you and explain what options may be available.  By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.

All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged directly  to the customer.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within fourteen days of the date of your order for customer care assistance.

All wines sold are maintained at optimum conditions. We consider wine to be out of our control once it has been handed over to the carrier and we cannot be responsible for improper storage after it has been delivered. Therefore, once your wine order has been picked up by the common carrier for delivery, the wine becomes your responsibility. We are not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment, or as a result of failed delivery attempts. We also cannot accept returns for the following: wines that do not coincide with personal tastes, wines that have been adversely affected by customer storage, and wines that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the wines are in the your care.

If wine is shipped back or returned undeliverable, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling once it is received. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a replacement order if the wines are available, or full refund including shipping and handling charges.
